CHEENI KUM:In this movie Amitabh Bachchan was seen as a passionate chef who falls in love with Tabu and uses his cooking skills to amaze the girl and her father.

BAWARCHI:In 1972, Rajesh Khanna played the character of a cook in the movie ‘Bawarchi’. In this movie Rajesh Khanna was seen flaunting his cooking skills like a professional chef. At a point he gave some cooking tips for all the chefs out there.

DAAWAT-E-ISHQ:In this movie Aditya Roy Kapur played an owner of a Lakhnavi restraunt, who falls in love with Parineeti Chopra who comes to see him regarding marriage. Aditya Roy Kapur tries to woo Parneeti with all the mouth watering dishes like biryani and kebabs.

RAMJI LONDONWALE:R Madhvan was seen playing a chef who travels all the way to London to become a rich man’s cook. Nothing like that works, so he joins a cooking competition and wins. A lot of mouth-watering delicacies were shown in this movie.

LUNCHBOX:In this movie Irrfan Khan plays a role of an old man who falls in love with the a girl (Nimrat Kaur) who sends her lunchbox everyday. The story is very unique and the movie also won many Filmfare awards.

STANLEY KA DABBA:The movie was based on a very unique concept, where a student who never carried a tiffin to school was tortured by his teacher. Whole movie revolves around the tiffin and the food inside it. The movie also makes us remember our childhood days in school.

LUV SHUV TE CHICKEN KHURANA:In Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana, Kunal Kapoor played a chef who wanted to restart his grandfather’s dhaba which was once very famous. The whole movie revolves around searching for the secret recipe which his grand father used.
