Karan Johar's Weekend Bash: A Flamboyant Affair To Welcome Pet Dog Nobu!
The magnanimous producer Karan Johar recently celebrated his birthday in London for the film fraternity. Karan Johar hosted industry friends on Saturday night apparently to introduce them to the newest member of his family — pet bulldog Nobu. Bollywood A-listers like Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor.,Imran Khan, Kirran Rao,Salman Khan, Homi Adajania, Anaita Shroff, Varun Dhawan amongst others.
Sushant Singh Rajput zoomed into the party on his new bike, which apparently was the focus of much conversation. His Raabta co-star Kriti Sanon was also present at the party.
Sara Ali Khan (Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter) got a lot of attention from the guests for her reported Bollywood debut in a film by Karan's production house.
Udta Punjab actress Alia Bhatt, who is a regular fixture at mentor-friend Karan Johar's parties insists that one "has to be invited to a KJo bash to really know what goes on behind the closed doors..."
Everyone was still nursing their hangovers till as late as Sunday evening. Except for Shahid Kapoor who neither ate nor drank," says a guest. Shah Rukh Khan who'd regaled everyone with rare anecdotes from the past and general Bollywood gossip all night prepared to leave, his car batteries gave up. But the Baadshah didn't seem to mind as that bought him some more time to chat up the revellers. And nobody seemed to complain!
The party went on till early morning with Ali Fazal among the last guests leaving at 7am.
