Working with Shah Rukh Khan was Like Getting the Ticket to Disneyland - Sunny Leone

Sunny Leone may have been around in Bollywood for quite sometime now but the actress hadn't got the chance of working with the A-listers of Bollywood. In her last interview which went viral with host Bhupendra Chaubey, the actress was questioned if A-listers like Aamir Khan would want to work with her, owing to her 'past'.

 

Back then, Sunny had given a polite answer to the person who asked her this question, only to receive an overwhelming support from both the audience and the industry insiders. Aamir Khan himself stood up in support of Sunny and expressed his willingness to work with Leone.

 

Not just that, but reports of Sunny bagging a special song in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees too made headlines. The actress has been roped in by the makers of Raees and she would be grooving to the iconic song Laila O Laila which has been recreated for the movie. Sunny shot for the song few days back with the King Khan.

 

Recently, when we met Sunny for an interaction, we asked her about the entire experience and she couldn't stop blushing while describing it. She gushed, "I was just happy that I was sitting in the same room as him (SRK). Yes it feels great. Working with SRK was like getting a ticket to Disneyland. I got the ticket when we shot the song. I told my team to behave properly because we only get the ticket once, though I don't have to be worry about them. But still I just had to say it loud. I hope the song becomes popular and does well."

 

She adds, "It was unbelievable. First day I was very nervous and scared because I built up this moment in my head for so long and that entire time to the 2nd phone call to seeing him on set, I was excited and nervous. I felt I couldn't do anything on that day. The next day I was slightly better. But the first day I was dying inside of nervousness. I looked like a mushroom dumb head the first time I met him with the rollers over my head. He met me and spoke to me very politely. But when I went inside my van, I was like 'Really Sunny, that is how you looked? You couldn't pull these things down? You just met Shah Rukh Khan and you look like a freak'. I was so damn embarassed at that time. I always go through these moments especially when I meet celebrities."

 

Interestingly, SRK was also all praises about Sunny when he met her and worked on the Raees song. He had told us during the Fan interviews, "Sunny was very sweet and hardworking. When I work with an actor younger than me, then I try to gauge and learn a lot from them."

 

Ask her what she feels about SRK's compliments for her and Ms. Leone admits, "Oh, I am so excited to know this. I cannot describe the feeling and it is unbelievable."

 

Well, we quite agree to that!
