Bollywood’s steaming hot couple, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, were the first ones to popularize ‘Tattoo of their partner’ trend in Bollywood. Chhote Nawab got ‘Kareena’ inked on his forearm in the Devanagari script, when he got into a relationship with the Bebo. This tattoo became the talk of the town overnight and from then onwards there has been a trend of tattoo love in tinsel town.

The gorgeous Deepika Padukone has ‘RK’ initials imprinted on the nape of her neck. Well, ‘RK’, of course, stands for Ranbir Kapoor. Like many other star couples, the relation did not survive the test of time, and they went their separate ways. Interestingly, Deepika did not get the tattoos erased even after separation.

However, all the chatter died down when Hrithik and Sussanne posed their tattooed forearm in public to show their strong bond. Even after their break-up, Hrithik chose to keep the tattoo as it is but Sussane did not. Sussane apparently altered the tattoo and also added a line, “Follow Your Sunshine”.

There was another lover boy in the tinsel town who Following Saif’s footsteps, Prateik babbar, son of veteran actress Smita Patil. Prateik too got his girl’s name inked on his wrist and proudly flaunted it to the world. Prateik, who was dating Amy Jackson, his co-star from his film Ekk Deewana Tha, showed his love for her by getting inked,and he got a colourful tattoo done on his wrist ‘Mera Pyaar, Meri Amy’. He kept it even after their break-up.

After their break-up, reportedly while Prateik still has the tattoo, Amy has got it removed.
