Bollywood actresses bidding adieu to Bollywood after wedding is not a new trend. And the latest to join the league is Asin.
Asin
The actress who got married on January 19, 2016, quit acting after settling down with Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma.
Asin announced her decision on Instagram recently, when she wrote, “For all my media friends who still have not got the message, I'm once again reiterating that I have stopped taking up any assignments and have wrapped all my commitments before my wedding itself including my brand endorsements. Request people to stop making assumptions about my assignments and work as I'm not doing that at this stage. Had made this announcement before the wedding itself.”
Twinkle Khanna
Twinkle decided to get married and quit Bollywood after doing films for a short span. She switched to interior designing and has today made a mark for herself in the field, while hubby Akki is still ruling the roost in tinsel town.
Namarata
The actress bid adieu to films soon after giving hits like ‘LOC: Kargil’ and ‘Bride and Prejudice’. After marrying the south superstar, Namrata is leading a happy married life with her husband and kids Gowtham and Sitara, in Hyderabad.
