7 Bollywood Duds That Will Make You Lose Faith In The 100 Crore Club
1) Happy New Year
The film had as many plot-holes as it had terrible dance moves. It was two films mashed into one and neither was good! Apart from a few catchy tunes and Deepika Padukone; there was nothing much in this film worth remembering.
2) Krrish 3
India’s very own superhero Krrish did well the first time he made an appearance on screen. But sadly, Krrish 3 was just plain disappointing. And when you have an actor who compares himself to the legendary Heath Ledger, it’s a major turn off.
3) Race 2
This film had more twists than a fat kid eating an Oreo. Not only did it feature terrible performances from the actors, but it defies every last bit of logic. A car parachutes out of a plane, goddamnit! We seriously pity the people who paid to watch this.
4) Son Of Sardaar
Oh trust me, we were equally surprised to find this disaster in the 100 Crore Club. Son of Sardaar featured some of the weirdest and creepiest dance moves of all time! And yet, it earned approx. 105 Crores at the Box Office!
5) Bol Bachchan
Bol Bachchan was worth a few laughs, we’ll admit it. But this film, which was a remake of the classic Bollywood comedy Golmaal, is just another average Rohit Shetty flick complete with wacky car stunts. Nothing special in this one, especially not worth the 100 Crores!
6) Grand Masti
What do you get when you combine the most explicit Whatsapp jokes and the most shameless Bollywood actors? Grand Masti! Not only did it feature the most appalling of sexual innuendoes, but it was simply too embarrassing to watch. Unless you are into that kind of humor, and if you are, I am judging you.
7) Singh Is Bling
The latest entrant in the coveted 100 Crore Club is Akshay Kumar’s Singh Is Bling. Experts have predicted that the film will cross the 150 Crore mark in its lifetime, while it has already accumulated a collection of 100 Crores worldwide. Again, this is just another average Bollywood comic film with nothing special at all, but it surely is earning a lot of bling.
