Ranbir-Deepika break down on last day of 'Tamasha' shoot!

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone surprised everyone when the two actors broke down in front of the whole unit on the last day of shooting of their upcoming film 'Tamasha'.

The film which is being directed by Imtiaz Ali had its last day of shooting on the past Wednesday with the last bit of shooting being done on a set at Mehboob Studio in Mumbai. The entire unit was in for a shock when the usually composed lead actors of the film broke down as the shoot came to an end.

According to a leading daily, a source from the sets stated that the final days of the shoot tend to get emotional for the whole unit but Ranbir and Deepika's break down surprised everyone as they are not known to be demonstrative. The source was quoted as saying,

“It was the last day of our shoot and the final days do tend to get emotional for the whole unit. But this was something else altogether. Both Ranbir and Deepika broke down. We were all taken aback, since these two are not known to be demonstrative of their emotions.”

Another source from the unit was quoted as saying,

“Ranbir and Deepika got emotional because they are lovers-turned-friends and still share a deep connection. While they are both in a relationship elsewhere and committed even. But goodbyes are sad. The making of a movie takes over a year and people do get emotional. Also this was the last time they’ll get to be together for a while before they start promoting the film.”

'Tamasha' is expected to release in 2016 and will be Ranbir's second film with Imtiaz, the first being 'Rockstar'.
