You Will Be Surprised to Know Why Salman Agreed to Star in Sultan

As we all know, Sultan has already created quite a buzz amongst fans and casual viewers alike as it features the much-loved Salman Khan in the role of a Haryana-based wrestler. 

Moreover, the sports-drama has also grabbed eyeballs because of its captivating teaser. Now it seems that the curiosity surrounding the film is all set to receive a shot in the arm.

During a recently held event, ‘Bhai’ revealed that he agreed to star in the movie as he wanted to experience the pain associated with learning.

“The pain of learning, what these people have, which push you to the next level, somewhere I don't have that anymore. That is what I want to get back and that is the reason why I signed Sultan at 50 and enjoy the pain of learning," he added

For the uninitiated, Sultan has been directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and is expected to hit screens this Eid. Besides Salman, it also features Anushka Sharma in the lead.
